Features Description
Automatization and personalization of reception procedures.

Archiving of the visitors names, of their identification papers, of the companies, timestamping. Different procedures depending on the visitors types (VIP, group, trainee, temporary employee…) The application can deal with a large number of companies. The badge can be customized for each company (logo, presentation...)

Edition of a badge compliant with the communication charter.
The badge is organized according to the companies' wishes, on the selected support : cardboard, cloth, PVC…
Periodic badges (long duration.)
You will not have to deliver expensive access badges to external companies anymore. The bar code or magnetic track encoding allows passing through obstacles (gate, airlock…)
Identification paper management. The system stores the informations relative to the visitor's ID. It allocates a number allowing direct access to the identification paper in order to return it.
Visitors localisation on site.
The visitor is followed from his entry to his leaving from the site. The reception office and the security post control know where the visitors are and with whom.
Waiting time and visitors control.
The visitor is followed from his entry to his leaving from the site. The waiting visitors list can be automatically displayed and indicates the queue time.
Automatic recording and display of the messages intented to the visitors.
The goal is to replace post-its, on which the reception office writes down informations given by the employee for the visitors. When the visitor presents himself, the message automatically displays from the input of the first letters of his name.
Access control linking. Obstacle crossing (gate, airlock…) Visitors entry/exit control, over a day or a period.
Blacklist.
Visit prohibitions depend on various standards: profession, country, company, person…
Visit log, requests and statistics.

The visit log allows to trace who was present on the site where an event occured. Pre-established requests, shaped like icons, immediatly and permanently provide informations ensuring security and safety.

Parking access control. Parking access request control from the visitors list, available in real time at the Security Central Post and at the reception office.
Internal directory and photo album. Internal directory import. Associates & visitors picture display.
Visitors pre-registration and meeting badges pre-edition. The pre-registration feature exists in client/server mode. A complete module is available on intranet. When scheduling an appointment, the visitor's arrival is registered on the electronic agenda. This information is available at the reception office and at the security control post.
