  • Safeware presents Omnigarde, an application for computerized management of duty log, intervention reports, site orders and site guarding missions.
  • Omnigarde adapts to your "safety-security" service's organisation. The system can be used by entitled agents.
  • It can also be used by a site manager, a dispatcher or a person in charge… in a centralized organization.

Features Description
Duty Log.  
Identification & authentication. The agent which uses the application is identified by his fingerprint.
Traceability of all events. Omnigarde automatically traces planified and time-limited missions.
Inputted informations timestamping. Inputted informations are timestamped. Each time an agent inputs informations for event documenting, the system records the hour, minute, and agent's name.
Duty log securing. Work area locking. An agent can only complete informations previously inputed by himself or by another agent.
Filtering. Duty log can be filtered by event type, in order to facilitate information access.
Intervention Reports. Parameterizable reports, depending on the event type, allow information selection in the tables for input reducing.
Procedures and orders / permanents. Search for order based on key word, character string. Instant display of text or map. Structured documentary base.
Punctual orders. The order automatically displays on screen, when an agent takes his position.
Missions diary. Missions planning. Execution control regarding starting and ending time. Automatic renewal of recurrent missions. Order display or form editing links. For example: vehicle state before starting a mission.
Starting shift and ending shift. At each starting shift, unread orders, unclosed events, ongoing missions display on screen. The agent must click on the pages.
