for a given period. |
- The agent, or the person in charge of the keys, has at
his disposal a virtual keys representation table.
- The key's status is materialized by a different color
(present, borrowed in time or out of time.)
- Borrowing licenses are managed by the system, from a determinate
authorization for the affected key and area.
- Search for an object or a key depends on multiple standards:
the area, the key number, the borrower's name.
- The system instanty positions on the key and displays
all informations related to this key (state, withdrawal
date, borrower's and reserver's name, etc…)
- KEYKEEPER permanently shows borrowed keys which have not
been returned in time.
- This application can be interfaced with cupboards having
an "importation" feature.
