Application designed for managing keys and objects entrusted to persons for a given period.

  • The agent, or the person in charge of the keys, has at his disposal a virtual keys representation table.
  • The key's status is materialized by a different color (present, borrowed in time or out of time.)
  • Borrowing licenses are managed by the system, from a determinate authorization for the affected key and area.
  • Search for an object or a key depends on multiple standards: the area, the key number, the borrower's name.
  • The system instanty positions on the key and displays all informations related to this key (state, withdrawal date, borrower's and reserver's name, etc…)
  • KEYKEEPER permanently shows borrowed keys which have not been returned in time.
  • This application can be interfaced with cupboards having an "importation" feature.

  • This software is designed for enterprises which need to control keys loaning, and for cupboard manufacturers.
Features Description
Visualisation table. The agent, or the person in charge of the keys, has at his disposal the virtual keys representation table, which indicates the key status (present, borrowed in time or out of time.)
Quick key search.
Search for an object or a key can be made through several standards: the premises, the key number, the borrower's name.

Special authorization.

The system recognizes the security level by authorizing borrowing only for some person.
Duty log securing. Work area locking. An agent can only complete informations previously inputed by himself or by another agent.
Borrowing duration. Each key has its borrowing duration. A red color will be displayed from this duration by the system to indicate a restitution delay.
States. Borrowers' and keys' tables allow keys and objects movement monitoring.
